This workshop covers the common patterns of pelvic posturo-movement dysfunction and the role of the Pelvic Fundamental Patterns in the initiation and control of posture and movement from the base of the spine and the pelvis/hip - and how to re-establish these to regain effective healthy control. The workshop also examines many of the misunderstandings around ‘lumbar neutral spine’ and pelvic floor function.
