Module 1: The Spine
This workshop highlights the common observable changes in posturo-movement of the spine and show you how to care for the spine and re-establish effective control of the deep axial support and stabilisation system – and its integration with optimal breathing patterns. This also provides some new insights into postural control and aligning the thorax - and examine some of the myths around ‘core control’ and ‘deep breathing’.
